expert staff will assist you with your social or corporate meeting
needs to help create the perfect meeting or event. Our Franklin
Conference Room can be set up as one large meeting room or can be
divided into two smaller equal size meeting rooms offering the
utmost in flexibility. The conference room is professionally
designed and decorated with sound proof divider walls, microphone
and podium. Audio visual equipment is also available for rental.

Colonial Boardroom located on the second floor is perfect for
smaller more intimate meetings. This room is perfect for
interviews, smaller departmental meetings or as a hospitality
suite just to name a few. The set up of this room is extremely
flexible and can accommodate up to 25 people. This room has a
stationary whiteboard, perfect for presentations and
brainstorming ideas. |

Heritage Boardroom located on the third floor is beautifully
designed with a permanent cherry wood executive board table
and high back leather chairs. This room is ideal for

stationary whiteboard located in the front of the room. This

Franklin Room can accommodate it all. After an evening of fun and
dancing your guests won't have to go far, they just have to
retreat upstairs to their suite for a comfortable nights stay.
Group rates are available for parties of 10 or more. Rates include
a full hot breakfast buffet. Specialty luxury suites with
whirlpool tubs and fireplaces are also available. These suites
provide the perfect atmosphere for wedding night accommodations or
